Description

Classical Ballet the most formal of dance styles is known for having a graceful and ethereal quality. The class will introduce basic ballet which will build strength,
improve co-ordination and keep the mind and body active.

Contemporary Dance centres more on inventive steps performed with a lower centre of gravity. It is athletic and more demanding and will improve levels of coordination,
concentration, stamina and expression.

Tap
is a rhythmical dance form which encourages an understanding of beat, time signatures and musical expression as well as co-ordination, concentration and stamina.

Theatre Studies will include speech & dialogue study, audition techniques, theatre practice and performance.

Class numbers will be limited so booking is essential.
